The Results

The multi-phased research approach started with quantitative online surveys which uncovered areas to dig into deeper in the qualitative discussion groups, allowing iterative learning across the project.​

The research highlighted opportunity areas for Oscar Mayer which translate across retailers and the chilled ready meal category overall, helping to inform future strategy. The findings were used in conversations with retailers to help develop specific strategies going forward.​
