Jasmine Mallett
Jasmine is the newest member of the team straight from Sheffield Hallam University having just completed her degree in Food and Nutrition. Her degree revealed the extensive size of the food industry is as well as furthering her passion for food. Jasmine’s placement year working for the flavours sector in a sensory science role led to an interest for research and understanding consumers’ perception.
Jasmine enjoys to keep up with the ever changing trends in the food industry by trying new products and recipes at home.
