But what does this mean for you? Well, apart from the system being extremely powerful, interactive, agile, flexible and time efficient, it is streamlined and cost effective. And that is not all, we are proud to let everybody know that we are expanding our specialised services ‘toolkit menu’, giving you further options for your research requirements, enabling you to make smarter and faster business decisions.
Here are a few examples of how we may be able to help you and your business.
- As part of your research requirements you need home usage tests to monitor how consumers use your products in the home environment. With our panel this is a service we can offer, and since COVID-19 we have seen a shift from central location tests (CLT) to home usage tests (HUT) due to social distancing and is a methodology which is working well for some clients where a more realistic home usage setting is required. We can record the HUTs so we then can add clarity to your insights by including VOX-POPs.
- An internal stakeholder has asked you to run a project with a very fast timescale and speed is of the essence as you need to present results back to them as soon as fieldwork has finished. In our new system we can run real time dashboards and produce automated charting so we can provide you with professional reports as soon as fieldwork has finished.
- You are putting together a qualitative debrief and by adding some data you can really frame the story you are telling. On our Good Sense Community platform we can run a cost-effective single poll or a 3-question poll to add dynamic to your story through expertise and opinion.
- Your client’s research project requires focus groups across the country, but they have a limited budget and a short timescale. Our Good Sense Community platform can run online focus groups, which reduces costs, timescales and has the benefit of easily having a group which can include consumers from different locations.
In addition to this we offer 1-2-1 discussions, diary recordings, bulletin boards, live chats, video feeds, community videos and pop up communities with our panellists, which all bring life and depth to your research findings.
