Emma joined the Good Sense Research team in February 2021 as Group Commercial Director.
Emma brings with her 11 years’ experience client side in the food and beverage industry. Emma’s previous roles include leading the marketing division for a private label food manufacturer for seven years where she specialised in category management, innovation, qualitative and quantitative market research and new/existing product development.
More recently Emma led a start-up business unit setting up a Europe and Middle East business for a leading American beverage brand which she grew from £750k to forecast of £16m in just four years. Emma has worked with some of the world’s largest food service chains and European retailers.
Emma is driven by business development, personable, entrepreneurial but strategic. Passionate about consumer insight and experience. Emma now works with our clients across the full development process from ideation, prototyping, menu development, taste tests, qualitative and quantitative research to ensure that businesses identify, anticipate and satisfy consumer needs profitability.
