In this case, consumers could not detect any differences. Enabling our client to choose between 2 paths of action.
1. Transfer to the new supplier at a reduced cost
2. Stay with the current supplier but renegotiate costs using the test data as evidence ensuring the same consistent consumer experience is maintained
