A Yorkshire based Farm Shop and Tea Room were keen find out more about their customers’ experiences and thus asked for support in conducting on online survey to capture feedback.
Using our bespoke survey system, we set up a feedback questionnaire on all aspects of the Farmshop. A link was then posted on their social media platforms where customers could respond. With a timely response from customers we were able to provide a quick turnaround on the report.
Feedback showed which areas of the Farm Shop were doing well and which needed improvements along with suggestions for changes. We were also able to create a shopper profile and the ways in which customers became introduced to the Farm Shop, allowing them to create a more strategic marketing plan and allocate budget to the relevant areas of the Farm Shop.
