2021 has been an evolving year so far and on the 16th June 2021, our Managing Director, Kelly Dowson, and Charles Banks from The Food People presented Future Food – The Story So Far (a 6 month review of the Future Food Trends Tracker) on behalf of the HRC.
We provided an insight into which trends are stabilising, which still have momentum and the 3 key take outs of the year so far.
The trends been tracked throughout 2021 include Plant Based & Vegan, Sourcing, Waste, Cuisine Trends, Packaging & Sustainability, Flexi-Channels and DNA Motherless Meats.
