The client came to us for help with understanding what impact changing the brands of specific condiments would have on their customers perception of quality.
Online surveys and 1-2-1’s
We used a robust online survey along with 1-2-1 interviews in one of the retailer’s pubs to delve deeper into the customer’s condiment preferences. Using our bespoke methods, we analysed the information gathered and delivered the data in a concise, easy to understand report for the client, which they could rely on to make key business decisions.
Due to the in-depth research, our client has been able to make clear and well-informed business decisions that suit their customers, as well as the business. The specific research we conducted on condiments allowed us to recommend what brands should be used in the different parts of the business to ensure quality perception.
